Meet the Instructors

Co-Owner
Cindy Lutz
Born and raised in Alamo Heights, Cindy grew up in a family that made healthy nutrition and physical fitness a priority. After a back injury training for a marathon, Cindy found group fitness and never looked back. “There is a self-confidence you exude when you feel strong, and group fitness provides camaraderie with others that have the same goals in being healthy and physically fit.” Her goal is to challenge her students to get a little stronger and push a little harder every class so that each individual can meet their fitness goals. Cindy believes the key to physical fitness is consistency, determination, FUN and most of all, believing in yourself and your own strength, both physically and mentally. You will often hear her say, “Put your mind in the muscle!” and “You are stronger than you think you are!”. Cindy hopes that each person that walks into Studio 09 will feel the positive energy and walk away feeling stronger and more confident about themselves. Cindy is married to her husband, Chip, and stays busy raising her three active children and serving in the community, school and church.
