Intermediate to Advanced

Pyramid

A collection of 8 sets of exercises that build up the pyramid, stacking each rep. Each set is 30 seconds with a 15 second rest before each set begins again.  You will start with 4 fun cardio sets, and complete your pyramid with 4 complex strength exercises to hit every muscle group each class. Once you reach the top of the pyramid with all 8 exercises, you start your way down, flipping the pyramid and starting with strength, slowly dropping off each cardio move, one round at a time. Your Pyramid is a full sweat dripping 45 minutes, and sometimes even includes a bonus round at the end to fully engage your core.  This one will get your heart pumping and muscles toning.

Sculpt

This full-body sculpting class combines strength, stability, and endurance in a dynamic 45-minute workout designed to tone and define. Using a variety of equipment—including light to medium weights, resistance bands, stability balls, and more—you’ll move through carefully choreographed sets that target every major muscle group. With a strong emphasis on core engagement, each sequence is designed to challenge balance, improve posture, and build strength from the inside out. Expect a seamless flow of exercises that lengthen, sculpt, and strengthen, leaving you energized and empowered.

Flex

This class will get you sweating and wanting more, making you feel like the athlete you have always been. Warning: You will burn tons of calories! FLEX is curated in sets targeting the upper and lower body, paired with sports-inspired cardio intervals for building functional strength and stamina, as well as core stabilization movements. Motivating trainers and powerful music inspires everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend warrior athlete to the hard-core competitor! Come play and go at your own pace.

Lift

Get strong. This strength circuit is REP based - not time based. Designed for ALL levels that want to be pushed, and it is guaranteed to change your body. This is a total body workout  designed to be result-driven, based on your goals of gaining lean muscle mass, strength or power.

HIIT the Barre

Basic barre meets HIIT-inspired cardio intervals. Jump start your barre with this high-energy, fast-paced, calorie-burning, FUN class! Multiple sets of timed cardio intervals and barre-toning combinations starting with large muscle groups & dynamic movements to small isometric & isolation work targeting arms, abs, thighs, glutes and legs. Be ready to sweat while you maximize fat burn on & off the barre. Think long, lean, and strong.

09 Light

Don’t neglect those accessory muscles that give your body its shape. You will use light weights, bands, and even just own body weight to tone, define and lengthen the smaller muscles and give you visible results. These often neglected muscles will help your posture and serve your body well as they get stronger and help support those larger muscle groups. Let’s hit the mat!

Define

This 45 minute class will focus on defining the smaller muscle groups in your body. It is a low to no impact workout that will vary its emphasis each class between toning your arms, abs, glutes and legs. Using the mat, along with your own body weight, light weights, ankle weights. bands, etc, you will tone your body and create the definition in your muscles that you are craving. Join us on the mat as a class on it’s own, or stack it with another workout to take your toning to the next level.

Sets & Reps

Sets & Reps is a high-intensity, 45-minute strength class designed to build power, endurance, and muscle tone. Using EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) intervals, you'll rotate through weight-bearing exercises that challenge different muscle groups each round. Expect focused, timed sets with minimal rest to keep your heart rate up and your form sharp. Whether you're lifting heavy or scaling to your level, this class delivers a full-body burn in under an hour.

TaBARREta

Barre class designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles lengthened. The class is divided into two sections starting with 20 minutes of cardio in the form of 20 second "tabatas," followed by 20 minutes of barre with stretching at the beginning and end of class. Come join us as we sweat our way to the barre!

Circuit

Muscular strength and endurance are challenged in this 45-minute HIIT-inspired workout. The circuit class will challenge you with various exercises, working all major muscle groups. Every class will bring a new surprise so you will never be bored in this workout. The quick pace and minimal rest time will benefit your cardiorespiratory system and improve oxygen circulation throughout the body. You will use heavy weights, resistance bands, steps, and many other fitness tools in each session.

Power Up

High Intensity Interval Training class that welcomes all levels. Power Up is a complete body workout that alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one.
