What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of classes to keep you challenged and engaged. These include cardio, toning, barre, dance and a combination of all of these combined. You can find a full list of our classes here.
I am new…where do I start?
Welcome to the Studio 09 community! We are so glad you’re here. The first thing to do is download the GloFox app, check our class schedule and select which classes you want to try. There’s no better time to get started than today!
Is there a minimum age requirement for membership?
16 years old is the minimum age requirement.
Are there changing rooms and showers on site?
There are bathrooms, but no showers on site.
Are there any membership or class package options?
Yes, we offer unlimited monthly memberships, class packs, and annual options. Check out our membership options for more information.
Are there any discounts or promotions currently available?
Yes, we currently have a promotion for new members for a two-week trial period. In addition to an annual membership option there are student, teacher and military discounts with proper identification when visiting the studio.
Are there any age or fitness level restrictions for group fitness classes?
If you have any physical restrictions, it is recommended to consult with a physician before joining. All classes can be modified for low impact options.
How do I sign up for group fitness classes?
To sign up for group fitness classes, you can either use the GLOFOX app or book through our website here.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the limited number of spaces available in each session, all group classes require an 8-hour cancellation notice. Unlimited memberships will be charged $20 for a late cancellation or no show if a class is not canceled in advance of the noted cancellation period. Group packages and monthly packages will forfeit their class if a class is not canceled in advance of the noted cancellation period.
What should I bring to class?
Here is a list of things to consider to bring to class:
- Although we have a water dispenser, you may also choose to bring your own water.
- Bring a hand towel, as you will most likely sweat!
- Bring a mat for floor work.
- If you want to challenge yourself to the next level, bring a pair of ankle weights.
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.
- Wear supportive workout shoes (except for Barre where shoes are optional)
Membership FAQs
Can someone else use my membership?
No, each membership is only valid for the person who originally purchased it.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime by talking to Lourdes or Cindy at the studio. You will not be refunded for remaining days in your membership.
Are there any membership referral discounts?
We do not currently have referral discounts, however, we will periodically offer seasonal specials in addition to our yearly membership discount.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, if you plan to be out of the studio for a lengthy period of time, please contact Lourdes or Cindy for more information.
