I am new…where do I start?
Welcome to the Studio 09 community! We are so glad you’re here. The first thing to do is download the GloFox app, check our class schedule and select which ones you want to try. There’s no better time to get started than today!
Are there any membership or class package options?
Yes, we offer unlimited monthly memberships, class packs, and annual options. Check out our membership options for more information.
What should I bring to class?
Here is a list of things to consider to bring to class:
- Although we have a water dispenser, you may also choose to bring your own water.
- Bring a hand towel, as you will most likely sweat!
- Bring a mat for floor work.
- If you want to challenge yourself to the next level, bring a pair of ankle weights.
- Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.
- Wear supportive workout shoes (except for Barre where shoes are optional)
- Jewelry is NOT a good idea.
- No cell phones during classes (please be respectful of others).
- No strong perfumes as some students are allergic.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the limited number of spaces available in each session, all group classes require an 8-hour cancellation notice. Unlimited memberships will be charged $15 for a late cancellation or no show if a class is not canceled in advance of the noted cancellation period. Group packages and monthly packages will forfeit their class if a class is not canceled in advance of the noted cancellation period.
